We use Australia Post or Sendle. They are currently experiencing longer delivery times.

 

How long until my order arrives?

Typically orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Your mat/order will be sent via Australia Post (or another carrier i.e Sendle) and should be received within 7-10 business days within Australia. However shipping times can not be guaranteed due to current extensive postage delays. We can’t wait for you to get your orders either!


What is your returns policy?

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will exchange as required. Please get in touch within 30 days of purchase.


Where do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide (with the exception of our Care Bears yoga mats unfortunately, these are Australia wide only.). However due to the current global circumstances shipping delays and increased prices are unfortunately out of our control.

Australia – Standard $14.95 flat rate shipping.
International – Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
